Geocaching in Parry Sound

The District of Parry Sound is a cornucopia of small towns and villages set amongst the forests, glacial rock formations and lakes.

This is an ideal destination area for those tired of the hustle and bustle of the cities. Here, you can launch your boat on a myriad of pristine lakes, or head for the open water of Georgian Bay.

You can camp in remote locations, or enjoy the 5 star hotels and lodges. Through the dedication of the local geocachers, you can make a day trip and search out hidden gems that are deep in the woods, along the highways, or in the cities. Caches here will lead you to boat launches, tourist spots and highway rest stops as well as the beautiful scenery and arts of the area.

It is entirely possible to make a 20 or 30 cache day, depending on your stamina. Come, see, enjoy our beautiful country.
