About Niagara

The Niagara Region is home to some of the best Geocaching that Ontario has to offer. With nearly 200 active Geocaches ranging from easy to challenging, coupled with the Niagara Escarpment and numerous historical locations, Niagara has something for everyone when it comes to Geocaching. And there is plenty more to do in Niagara when you visit. We have an extensive and world renowned wine country. Between Niagara-On-The-Lake and Niagara Falls you can find great theater, bed-and-breakfasts and historical locations and gardens to round out your Geocaching Get-Away!

Local Niagara Geocachers have been active with local land owner groups to ensure that the best Geocaching locations are available for the tourists and locals alike. Many of these Geocaches are placed to highlight some of the Park Lands and Conservation Areas that are truly the 'gems of Niagara'.
