OGA Membership Terms and Conditions
- All wordings of this "OGA Membership Terms and Conditions" are subject to change and the Member is responsible for checking for changes in the future.
- Any application for Membership may be rejected by OGA should OGA see fit. OGA may contact you to clarify or seek additional information to process a rejected application.
- OGA reserves the right to cancel any Membership should there be an issue with a Member that cannot be resolved. OGA will not refund any fees or payments made to OGA after such fees or payments are received, processed, registered or any variation thereof.
- OGA is not responsible for any changes in service from Geocaching.com nor is OGA affiliated in any way with Groundspeak or Geocaching.com. Should events arise that alter a Member's use of Geocaching.com, the OGA will not be held responsible or liable.
- By providing personal information to the OGA Membership Officer, you agree that your Geocaching Alias may become a hypertext link to your Geocaching.com Profile and understand that the OGA is not responsible for contact or content you receive from Geocaching.com.
- A Member's Geocaching Alias and Region are considered to be public information and may be distributed by OGA through means of electronic, voice, data and/or written medium or other similar methods.
- A Member may resign their Membership at any time by Emailing the OGA Administrator or OGA Membership Officer to request a cancellation of the Member account. The Member will be sent a confirmation Email to verify intention, there may be an optional survey as well.
- The OGA, the OGA website and any items related to the OGA are provided "as is" and as such the Members and Executive of the OGA are not responsible for liability from a Member's use of the OGA's services.
