Tylor2100 has been voted this month’s Cacher of the Month. Lets see if we can get him to put down the DS long enough to answer some of our questions.
Q and A with Tylor2100
Q: Where do you call home?
A: Georgetown, Halton Hills, Halton, Ontario, Canada, North America, Earth, Milky Way, The Universe.
Q: Where does the name Tylor2100 come from?
A: Because my name is Tylor and my dad’s geocaching name ends in 2100.
Q: When you are not caching, what do you do? (work and/or relax?)
A: Watch TV, play video games, play on the computer, keep asking my parents for a new cat and I suppose school.
Q: How long have you been geocaching?
A: My dad says over 5 years, but I thought it was more like 10 gazillion years.
Q: How did you find out about geocaching?
A: My dad got us lost in the woods one day. Or I think it was my dad.
Q: Have you gotten anyone else involved in the sport?
Q: What gear do you use for caching?
A: My DS Lite and my MP3 Player.
Q: Tell us some of your caching milestones. (First, most memorable etc.)
A: My favourite cache was GCM633 – After the Gold Rush. It was winter, and after we found the cache we built a snowmanin the woods. I also just got my 3100th find while on vacation in the Maritimes. It was a really old covered bridge inQuebec.
Q: What are your favourite caches?
A: My favourite types of caches are the ones near waterfalls.
Q: What are your least favourite caches?
A: I don’t like caches that are in busy places with muggles.
Q: Any recent highlights you would like to share?
A: We went to Quebec City and are planning on going to the Mega-Event on August 2nd, 2008.
Q: Any thoughts on caching you would like to share?
A: Geocaching has taken me to so many interesting spots.
