Hello my name is Shiloh otherwise known as Mrs. Treknschmidt. My husband Ed and I have been caching since July 2007. We found our first geocache in a swamp near our home and it didn’t take us long to realize this sport had a lot to offer to us and to everyone for that matter. We recently completed Tequila: 81 Proof (GC11PZW) and that single cache drastically changed our geocaching style. We now enjoy looking at those hard to solve puzzles and have a new love for high terrain caches. We’ve been known to plan our vacations in Ontario around geocaching and those elusive combo caches.
I’m glad to be a part of the OGA executive and give back some of my time to the sport we have come to love. I enjoy helping out new geocachers and organizing CITO’s. I have been the Secretary of MADD Waterloo Region since June 2008 and am very passionate about my work with that organization. I am really excited to be a part of this new executive and look forward to great things happening right here in Ontario.
